Jocker Alu 2-Leaf is a two-leaf door hinge made of high-quality extruded aluminium. It has a load capacity of 160 kg and is tested for 200,000 cycles; it is CE certified. Smooth three-dimensional adjustment can be made without lifting or removing the sash. It can be painted in any RAL colour; an anodised finish option is also available, increasing resistance to corrosion, wear, UV radiation and other external factors. The caps are made of UV-resistant ASA plastic, and the sliding bushing is made of materials that keep the hinge working smoothly over the long term.
