Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit save onto your device (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) through your browser. Cookies are used to recognise you throughout your visit, remember your preferences and ensure that the Site operates correctly and securely.
Cookies are divided into different types according to how long they are stored and their source:
The term "cookie" used in this Policy is used broadly to also cover pixel tags, local storage and similar tracking technologies.
Stella AKS is a B2B catalogue and promotional site; it is open to everyone and does not include a membership/account system or an online payment infrastructure. We use cookies for the following purposes:
The personal data you provide to us through the contact, quotation, sample, technical support and technical document (catalogue/drawing) request forms (name-surname, company name, e-mail, phone, message content and any attached file/cross-section) are processed not through cookies but through the relevant forms and with your KVKK explicit consent approval. You can find detailed information about the processing of your personal data relating to these forms in our KVKK Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy.
The cookies used on the Site are divided into three main categories. Analytics and marketing cookies are disabled by default and only run when you give your consent (see "Managing Your Cookie Preferences").
These cookies are absolutely essential for the Site to function and cannot be disabled. They are only set in response to an action you take (language selection, form submission, security verification). Strictly necessary cookies are technically required for the Site to provide the service you request and, in accordance with the KVKK Guidelines on Cookie Practices, are used without seeking explicit consent. These cookies are not used for personalised marketing purposes.
stella_session): Enables the Site to recognise your session throughout your visit and is used to run the security (CSRF) verification on form submissions. It is a session cookie that expires when you close your browser.stella_consent): Stores your accept/reject preference regarding cookies, so that you are not asked again on each visit.Your display language is not stored in a cookie; the language you select is determined directly through the address (URL).
These cookies help us understand, in aggregate and statistical form, how visitors use the Site (such as which pages are viewed, visit duration and general traffic trends). This allows us to improve the Site's content and the user experience. Analytics cookies run only with your explicit consent and are not run if you do not give consent.
These cookies are used to present promotional content suited to your interests and to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. They enable remarketing displays relating to our products and services after your visit. Marketing cookies run only with your explicit consent and are not run if you do not give consent.
In addition, Google Search Console verification is used to monitor the Site's performance in search engines; this verification alone does not place any personal-tracking cookie on your device.
The table below lists, by way of example, the main cookies used on the Site along with their providers, purposes and approximate lifetimes. Cookie names and lifetimes may change from time to time depending on provider updates and Site developments.

From the cookie settings panel on the Site: Through the cookie information banner that appears on your first visit to the Site, you can accept or reject analytics and marketing cookies. If you wish to change your preferences later, you can reach the panel again via the "Cookie Settings" link on the Site and update your choice. Analytics and marketing cookies do not run unless you give consent; if you reject them, the relevant cookies are not activated.
From your browser settings: Most browsers allow you to control cookies, block specific cookies or delete cookies stored on your device. You can usually access these settings from your browser's "Settings", "Privacy" or "Security" menus. If you wish, you can reject all cookies altogether. However, we would remind you that if you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the Site may not work correctly.
Google services (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads / remarketing, Google Search Console) are used on the Site for analytics measurement and marketing activities. The cookies placed by Google within the scope of these services are third-party cookies and are subject to Google's own privacy and cookie policies.
Stella manages these cookies with Google Consent Mode. Accordingly, analytics and marketing cookies are disabled by default and are only activated when you give explicit consent. Unless you give consent, no personal data is transferred to Google through these cookies.
You can find detailed information about how Google processes data in Google's Privacy Policy and Google's terms of service:
The explicit consent you give for analytics and marketing cookies also covers your approval for the processing of the relevant data and, to the extent necessary, its transfer abroad through Google's infrastructure. These transfers are carried out in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, on the basis of explicit consent and/or the appropriate transfer mechanisms prescribed by the legislation. Your personal data other than cookies may only be shared, within the scope of Article 8/9 of the KVKK and limited to the purpose, with the authorised suppliers and solution partners whose services we use, and with legal authorities.
