Hilal H58 Thermally Insulated Door and Window System

Hilal Aluminium's thermally insulated (polyamide-barrier) door and window system series with a 58 mm frame depth. With single/double opening, dual-colour and a broad accessory family, it is a flagship joinery platform for residential and commercial façade applications.

The H58 series operates with a 58.2 mm frame and a 67.2 mm sash profile depth; the frame and sash profiles are offered in 1.4 / 1.6 / 1.8 mm wall thicknesses. It includes a broad section family comprising the Narrow Frame (2909/10) starting from 1.319 kg/m, wide frame (2650/51, 4452/53) and mullion profiles; the moments of inertia (Jx, Jy) for each profile are tabulated in the catalogue. The system is supported by a complete accessory set including wedge seals (HL04/HL07/HL31), sash and glazing seals (HL38), corner cleat, series-system hinge, roller lock (HA34-02/7) and its keep (HA56-01).
