Hilal Aluminium Box Profiles (Square and Rectangular)

Hilal Aluminium standard box profile series; it offers a wide range of dimensions in square and rectangular sections. These are load-bearing standard profiles used in construction, railing support, furniture and general manufacturing applications.

Square box profiles are produced from 12x12 mm up to 80x80 mm, and rectangular box profiles from 20x10 mm up to 100x25 mm, in various wall thicknesses (0.8-3.5 mm). In the catalogue, each profile section is listed with its code, outer dimension, wall thickness and unit weight (gr/m); for example, the 50x50 mm square profile is 1040 gr/m and the 80x80 mm square profile is 1691 gr/m. In addition, solid rod (solid profile) and hollow tube profiles in various diameters are also offered under the same standard series.
