Giesse Fulcra Door Hinge

A groove-mounted door hinge with an extruded aluminium body, adjustable on three axes. Carries 150 kg with three hinges and is tested for 200,000 cycles.

Fulcra is an adjustable door hinge mounted onto grooved profiles. It carries 120 kg with two hinges and 150 kg with three hinges. Adjustment is made with an Allen key: lateral (±2 mm) via the eccentric pin, height (0 / +3 mm) via the set screw, and compression (±0.5 mm) by turning the eccentric bushing. The hinge bodies are extruded aluminium, the pin is stainless steel, and the fixing plates and screws are stainless steel; the eccentric bushing is technopolymer and the caps are polyamide. It is CE marked under EN 1935, with use category 4 and durability grade 7 (200,000 opening cycles). It is compatible with the C001, C007, C013, C015 and C016 profile systems and is available in 14 finishes.
