Dr. Hahn Türband 4 AT Door Hinge
The flagship of the Dr. Hahn hinge range, the Türband 4 AT is a universal surface-mounted door hinge developed for functional doors with aluminium and steel profiles. Depending on the profile structure, it carries sash weights of up to 180 kg in a two-part application and up to 220 kg in a three-part application.
Made from extruded aluminium, the Türband 4 AT offers 6-way adjustment on the installed sash: stepless +3/−2 mm height via the integrated lifting spindle, ±2.5 mm lateral and ±0.5 mm gasket compression adjustment. It is CE-certified to EN 1935:2002 (hinge class 14) and SKG 3-star certified; it can be used DIN left/right, has a 180° opening angle and its bearing point is maintenance-free. With mounting options via anchor screw, screw anchor or connecting plate, it can be applied to all common aluminium and steel profiles; all metal parts are corrosion-protected, and a special version for burglar-resistant doors and a stainless (Niro) version for high loads are available. It is used on main entrance, side entrance, functional, interior and exterior doors — particularly in project and upper-segment residential buildings.
