Dr. Hahn Serie 60 AT Door Hinge
The Hahn Serie 60 AT is a universal door hinge offering maximum installation flexibility for metal-profile doors. Depending on the profile structure, it carries sash weights of up to 140 kg in the two-part version and up to 220 kg in the three-part version.
The improved new design of the Serie 60 AT allows the door manufacturer to select the connection type according to the installation situation: a connecting plate for single-chamber systems, the Hahn anchor screw for multi-chamber systems with a minimum wall thickness of 1.6 mm, and a screw anchor for pressure-sensitive or coated profiles. The installed sash is adjustable in 6 directions (+3/−2 mm height, ±2.5 mm lateral, ±0.5 mm gasket compression), and in most cases the sash does not need to be removed to adjust the gasket compression. It is CE-certified to EN 1935:2002 (hinge class 14) and SKG 2-star certified; the hinge with an extruded aluminium body offers >180° opening, and special versions are available for folding doors and burglar-resistant doors.
