The Bossy lift & slide system is a hardware group that enables large, heavy sliding sashes to move smoothly across wide openings. Product codes 80200, 80300 and 80400 are for sash weights of 200, 300 and 400 kg respectively, and work with a 30 mm groove height; the 702000 version offers a 42 mm groove height for 300-400 kg sashes. All versions support a sash height of up to 3300 mm and a sash width range of 550-3300 mm, with a groove width of 22 mm. The drive gear is selected according to a lock-espagnolette distance of 37.5 mm or 27.5 mm and an 80 mm handle screw C/C spacing. The system supports various opening configurations, from a single sash to multi-sash combinations.
